Marc was a high school ESL teacher for over 15 years and is currently an education consultant. After completing his Master’s degree in education, he worked in board-wide teacher induction, classroom management coaching, and educational technology in the adult education sector. His focus is on bringing together what he knows with what he wants to know, by helping teachers build relationships online through sound in-person classroom management principles. These principles will also be beneficial in optimizing teacher efficacy and student engagement, which are essential in a hybrid or online teaching environment.
