Mona has twelve years of professional experience in the field of education where she had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and applied her expertise in various classrooms.
When it comes to teaching online, her objective as a teacher was always to motivate her students to develop their own learning interests and critical thinking to establish a learner-centered environment in the virtual classroom. Her lessons considered the interconnection between the student’s own knowledge and learning abilities. She believes technology has become a big part of education and it is crucial for teachers to create lessons that stimulate the student’ mind and allow them to feel involved in their own learning process.
Furthermore, she completed a Master’s in Education where she broadened her understanding of enduring, contemporary, and emerging educational theories, approaches, and mindsets in relation to diverse professional contexts.
