Miguel Massa, Bricklaying student from the Access Career Centre (Riverside School Board) competed in the Provincial Olympiades québécoises des métiers et des technologies held in Quebec City in May 2023. Miguel won the Gold Medal in the Bricklaying event. This enabled him to go to Winnipeg to compete at the national level.
Following a stellar performance at the Skills Canada National Competition 2023, Miguel was invited to join Team Canada at the World Skills Competition in Lyon (France) in 2024.
