Professional Cooking Workshop – April 19, 2022

The Professional Cooking department of the Lester B. Pearson School Board will be hosting an in-person workshop on FERMENTATIONon April 19, 2022.
The workshop will run from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Pearson Adult Career Centre, 8300 George Street, LaSalle, Quebec H8P 1E5.
The objective of the workshop is to inform cooking teachers of the process, the benefits and the techniques used to ferment foods.   A complete description of the workshop can be found on the registration form.
If you would like to attend the workshop, please fill the in the registration form, have it signed by your director and return it to Shelley Smythe, ELVEC coordinator, at vtinservice@nfsb.qc.ca.
